When I started AAI, my vision was to build more than just a successful aviation company. I wanted to create a place where good people could come together, take pride in their work, and build something special.
We've grown a lot over the years, and I'm incredibly proud of what our team has accomplished. But no matter how much we grow, our people will always be at the heart of what we do.
I believe in hard work, treating people right, and giving our team the trust, tools, and opportunities to succeed. We're building something exciting here, and we're looking for people who want to be part of it.
